My name is Zach Fischer, and I'm a real estate agent in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I've been helping people buy and sell homes in this area for over a year now, and I'm passionate about providing my clients with the best possible service.

I'm also a successful TikTok creator with over 380,000 followers and over 150 million views. I use my platform to share my knowledge and expertise about the Colorado Springs real estate market, as well as to provide helpful tips and advice to buyers and sellers.

In addition to being a real estate agent and TikTok creator, I'm also a licensed FAA drone pilot. This means that I can take stunning aerial photos and videos of your property, which can be a great way to market it to potential buyers.

I started this blog to share my knowledge and expertise about the Colorado Springs real estate market, as well as to provide helpful tips and advice to buyers and sellers. I'm also excited to use this platform to connect with other people who are interested in real estate and to build a community around this shared interest.

In my first blog post, I wanted to introduce myself a little bit and share some of my thoughts on the current state of the Colorado Springs real estate market. In the words of Redfin 

"Some homes get multiple offers.The average homes sell for about 1% below list price and go pending in around 32 days. HOT HOMES can sell for about 1% above list price and go pending in around 10 days."

Right now average home prices are around 553k. That is up from last year where it was 530k. The Median House price is 480k..  Even with interest rates rising in 2023, housing prices are still steady in this region. The supply of inventory is slowly becoming enough to meet the demands for single-family homes in Colorado Springs area..
